FAQs

The ACLS course is a 2-day program, with a total duration of approximately 12–13 hours.

The ACLS course covers BLS, airway management, advanced cardiovascular interventions (bradycardia, tachycardia, cardiac arrest), a Mega Code skills test, and a written multiple-choice exam.

Yes! You’ll receive a 2-year certificate from Shifa LiST Center, accredited by the AHA.

Certificates are issued within 20 business days after course completion.

You can register via our website or contact us directly for upcoming training schedules.

The BLS written exam duration is 25 minutes, while the ACLS written exam lasts 45 minutes. Exact timings will be shared by the coordinators and listed in your course agenda.

The BLS course is one day long, lasting approximately 4.5 hours.

It covers CPR for adults, children, and infants; basic airway and breathing; AED usage; and choking management.

Laypersons, healthcare providers, and anyone who wants to learn basic life-saving skills.

A: Shifa LiST Center conducts ACLS and BLS on approved ITC at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad.

Once your course is finalized with our ITC, our Coordinator will reach out and share the ebooks for your selected course. For BLS, you only need to redeem your ebook before attending the course. For ACLS, our coordinator will create a group where a pre-assessment form will be shared. You must complete the MCQs and video content, then share your pre-assessment certificate before attending the ACLS Provider Course.

Our course coordinator will reach out to you with the course materials and all necessary information once you are registered.

Shifa LiST Center does not offer refunds once the fee is paid. However, in special cases, the situation may be discussed with our Managers and the Director of LiST for consideration.

You will be given three opportunities: the original attempt, a second attempt, and a third remediation. If you fail after the third attempt, you will need to reappear for the exam. Coordinators and instructors will guide you through the process.

You must inform us in advance if you’re unable to attend your course. Absence without prior notice may result in penalties. Please contact our coordinators for assistance.
