Scope
This policy applies to all SCOPE-organized activities, including:
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities
- Workshops and training programs
- Conferences, symposia, and seminars
- Life Support Training programs
Cancellation Policy
Activity Cancellation by SCOPE
- SCOPE may cancel an activity if minimum registration requirements are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Registered participants will be informed in a timely manner.
- Only the registration fee is eligible for refund.
- Refund amounts, if applicable, will be determined by the CME Planning Committee.
- SCOPE is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
Participant Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend an activity without prior written cancellation will be treated as non-attendance.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of non-attendance.
- Registration is non-transferable unless approved in writing by the CME Program Office.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted using the official Refund Claim Form.
- All refunds are subject to approval under this policy.
- Approved refunds will be processed through official bank transfer.
- Payments are managed through the Finance Department of Shifa Foundation.
- All transactions are recorded for audit and compliance purposes.

- Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with this policy.
- SCOPE reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
- Decisions of the CME Planning Committee are final.
